I note a number of people are getting very excited again about some mythical Jewish gentleman who was supposedly tortured and murdered some 2000 years ago. That must mean Newtonmas is fast approaching. The happy time of the year where we get together with our friends and exchange gifts of wisdom and remember the many great things our hero Sir Isaac discovered and researched and painstakingly wrote down for us.

This would be an excellent time to download some texts from The Newton Project to keep our minds busy while our places of work shut down for a couple of days to cater to the sensibilities of people who have had the ability to tell fiction from fact brainwashed out of them at an early age.

Like last year I will spend some time writing another essay about Sir Isaac so as not to disappoint the many people who appear to be finding my blog by typing choice query strings in search engines.
